Three Cheese Spinach Chicken Nachos



Grill the chicken in a skillet..I prefer the already diced kind

When its fully cooked, add 1/2 can of rotel to it if you like ot spicy



...Spread the chips out on a platter and add creamed spinach (frozen Kroger brand), and sour cream..



Then top it off with the chicken and cheese...add the remaining rotel to the middle..



Put it in the oven for 7-10 mins..When the chips brown and the cheese melts real good.
