Congrats to Winner of Holiday Gift Certificate Give-Away

Congrats to Brent C. Gilbert - winner of this week's trivia. No one got all three questions right so we went with two. Here are the answers: come Jan. 14th - we'll be going into the third year for Pam's Picks, believe it or not. The very first restaurant featured was Big Whiskey's. The segment runs during Live at Five.

Brent wins:  a gift certificate for two  to enjoy a meal at this week's feature, The Pantry;  gift certificate to the Hilton Garden Inn; a prize pack featuring a custom custard cake to Shake's;  gift certificate to Chang's Thai Restaurant ; a gift certificate to Orange Leaf  and gift certificates to TCBY - valued at about $250.

Want to take this time to say a special "thank you" to all who have supported this segment over the past two years.  I'm told we've aired over 100 episodes!!!!  I enjoy giving you a peek inside a few of the great restaurants and sharing the sidebar stories about the chefs and/or owners.  Hope you've enjoyed the ride, almost as much as I have - since I get to sample first.:)

In this season of hope and thanksgiving - I wish you and your families a wonderful and safe holiday season!!!!
