You can get coffee by the cup or by the pound at Guillermo's. They roast in-house and provide coffee services for a number of restaurants in town. Guillermo's has a professional but comfortable atmosphere where you can also grab a bite and conduct small meetings. If you're a purist... I highly recommend their coffee.
